We want you to be fully satisfied with your Craighill objects, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and a small restocking fee may apply to certain home goods.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original Craighill packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
